As a matter of fact, in order to start any hiking trail, it is essential to know your body by doing a regular exercise. Your body should completely be pain free. You should be in a versatile state of mind to take up any kind of challenging task during the trekking trail.

A regular jog is all we need to keep ourselves fit and it takes a lot of time for anyone to build that kind of a versatile body, which makes our hiking experience a lot more enjoyable.
Depending on our age and experience, the regular physical exercises vary. It is recommended to have a clear idea of what we are going through. A span of 6 months is all that anybody would require to get back in shape, where one would be ready to experience the hiking trail. It is not necessary that one should hit the gyms and start lifting weights to become fit, in fact, it is recommended that we should not strain our body too much by lifting weights and working out too much in the gym.

A walk of 30miles can be a great exercise for normal people, but in order to walk for 30 miles, you should be fit enough to walk with all the gears to enjoy the actual joy of hiking. A minimum time span taken for hiking would at least be a day and one whole day of hiking will be a great exercise with a mix of pleasure.
